  • I would give this place 0 if I could. I took a nice navy wool JCrew suit there for cleaning. They pulled out one of the two metal fasteners (above the front zipper on the pants) so the pants now don't close up properly. Not only that, but they left a hole in the fabric where the fastener had been. I picked up the suit June 19, 2017 and I only found out about the damage when I wore the suit to a conference in August. I took the suit to the cleaners August 23rd 2017 and the woman told me it was "too late" for them to do anything about it. She refused to do anything to help fix the hole or replace the fastener. She also refused to refund the cleaning cost.
