  • My mom just left from Boswell to rehab. We chose Boswell because I believe they treat and take care of elderly better than Banner Estrella. Of course my mom doesn't want to say anything while she's there because she's still there. Thank God her experience was not as bad as it was at Estrella last year. I realize nurses and cnas are really busy doing their job but if patients don't check in what job are you left to do? Her only thing was they almost transported her without cleaning her up after she asked several times as she needs 2 people assistance going to the bathroom. I'm glad this time she was fully aware of her surroundings and could articulate what she needed. Imagine if quiet like some elderly/sick? Anyways I still choose Boswell but I will spend the night on random nights anywhere my mom is admitted. Thank you
