  • Would not recommend this Sprint store. I upgraded my phone online because I never have any time to go into the store. I had my new phone and old phone with me when I drove by and I figured I would stop in so I made sure I set up the new phone correctly. There was no one in the store and I told them my situation hoping for an easy transition into my new phone. As soon as I told them I ordered online, they stopped me and said there was nothing they could do for me because I bought online. I was confused because I have been a customer for years and I asked again if there was anything they could do to help so and they said no, just dial *2 to get my questions answered. Horrible customer service.
