| - Now I've only started my lease 2 weeks ago, but when I moved in the apartment was well cleaned and structurally sound, and already I was impressed. A week after I moved in I noticed that my bathroom and kitchen faucets were leaking, I thought nothing of it then.. But one day when I turned on the bathroom faucet it would not turn off! Distressed, I called a plumbing company to assess the situation and they told me the repairs would cost at least $1,300. I shot Melinda (LL) an email explaining the situation and she said a plumber will come by to fix it. The next day as I returned from work both my faucets stopped leaking and worked flawlessly, and it was of no charge. I felt great, as the management truly put tenant satisfaction as their top priority. I trust that my stay here will be an enjoyable and pleasant one, knowing that E&J management has my back.
P.S. A lot of the tenants here, including me, are young adults attending college or will soon be, due to its proximity to CMU and Pitt.
