  • I really like going here. It's a bit like avoiding the Home Depot bud light and going to a local brewery instead. There are three owners/employees that I've come across when going in and each one is helpful and friendly. I particularly appreciate the guy who usually emerges from the back area when a customer walks in. He'll help you solve your conundrum with a twinkle in his eye, and seems to maintain a work shed behind the store with various projects based on one visit when I had the good fortune to check it out. Prices can be, but aren't necessarily, higher than the big boxes, but I'm much happier walking to get hardware supplies than navigating Dupont and Keele traffic in a car. I've also heard great things about the owner, Ken, and his electrician skills from various neighbourhood groups.
