  • You can get better and more professional and experienced customer service elsewhere, NOT at Arizona Federal sorry to say. No one seemed to know what to do, including their call center, regarding an issue in my account. To top it off, this credit union debits $3 from my checking account EACH MONTH calling it membership fees! I have since closed my account and deposited my money elsewhere.
