  • The very reason I opened a P.O. Box in Vegas was because the USPS lost a very important package that I was receiving in the mail 4 years ago. It was all apologies and accusations for a week in which the USPS suggested that I open my own box to avoid any further confusion. Today is the 3rd time SINCE OPENING A BOX HERE that extremely important packages have stalled excruciatingly long sort times upon arriving at this hub. If they are that understaffed, it shouldn't take THREE YEARS to fix. But, alas, this is a reoccurring problem. This office notably has a long line almost any day I am here. The employees are generally nice in the front but the sort team and back of house employees are simply garbage. Kathy, Kevin, and the others have nothing but excuses and poor customer service skills. This may be a coincidence but it has now happened with all 4 packages sent from the same sender. Each time I'm expecting, I watch the tracking and each time it gets caught up here, at the final step. I've worked at both UPS and FedEx inside the main hub. The FedEx location was the biggest in the West coast with over 1600 employees and growing. We had a 99.6% success rate. With the amount of parcels going through that hub, it is simply mind boggling that this small hub can consistently screw up my parcels. If you have a choice to use another hub for your services, I would highly recommend using the other one.
