  • Huge disappointment! I went to this store today at 1:40 pm, the door was open but it was totally dark inside. My husband and I stood there for a few minutes wondering if there was anybody even there. An older woman walked in, did not greet us but said that she was in the process of closing!! I asked what time she closed and she said 2:00. She proceeded to the back of the store and turned the lights on. Let me say that she had absolutely the worse customer service skills. I asked her if it would be better if we came back another time and her response was "I suppose you can". Well you can bet I will never go back to this place because of her rude behavior. I don't care how exceptional their work may be, that woman's attitude sucked. I took my artwork down the street to Aaron Brothers and I am sure I will be very happy with the customized framing they are doing for me. Another plus, everyone in the store was friendly and helpful.
