  • This was a "second chance" for this hotel since I stayed there 2 years ago and had a terrible experience. It seems as if nothing has changed. The check in process is terribly slow and the new guy had no idea what he was doing. I asked for a first level room since I have two small children and after telling me 3 times they didn't have one and me threatening to tell the GM, a manager finally figured one out. I also tried to take my 3 year old to the pool one night and the security guard closed it early and was EXTREMELY rude to both me and my child about it. He said he didn't care because Tuesday is his last day. What an A-hole!!!! I will NEVER stay here again based on the service. They clearly don't pride themselves on service so I'll take my family and money elsewhere.
