  • Would give zero stars if I could. These jerks stole my mom's very fancy upgraded heavy Toyota brand floor mats. My dad noticed it when she drove home from the car wash. He took the car back, they acknowledged taking the mats for cleaning during the car wash process, said they accidentally put the mats in someone Else's car by mistake. Told my dad as long as he contacted corporate he would be compensated. My dad got the corporate run around for MONTHS- was continuously referred by corporate back to the car wash location manager....... who referred him back again to corporate. The car wash manager eventually told my dad he would not be compensated because "anything left in the car is the owner's responsibility- we are not responsible for loss". WHAT??!?! Nothing was lost or left in the car, it was a piece of the car they cleaned and then lost. Those factory upgraded floor mats cost more than $500. Unbelievable!!!
