  • awesome location and amenities. rooftop salted water heated pool, dom-perignon bar, afternoon tea, fine-dining, etc. Free wi-fi was great. particularly loved the remodeled rooms with the automatic black out & sun shades, nespresso coffee machine, and mostly the heated bathroom floors and toilet seats. We had drinks at the bar, and had breakfast/tea in the palm room. The service was good, we were greeted with warm towels and water. we were escorted to our rooms from the bellman. But i felt service could have been better, i mean it's the ritz. I felt they were short staffed during our stay, most of the time, we had to open our own doors bc there was usually only one person in the front. we were told our toddler was going to get a special treat brought to the room, and she never received it. we did get turn down service, but nothing the extra mile. they didn't ask us the occasion of our trip, which was our anniversary and my bday. I guess i expected more for the price you pay staying here, service wise. But in terms of amenities, we couldn't be happier.
