  • You have to give them credit for trying hard. It's a beautiful space, great location, and a kind management staff. Unfortunately, living at one of the newest and more expensive properties you would expect more than to face constant issues such as... -Regularly broken elevators and garage doors -Unsealed granite counter-tops -Neighbors' friends/family using your $150/mo. parking for hours on-end -Drunk students wandering lost in building Understandably, there are always growing pains in a new building, but now that the construction on phase two is complete the issues have only persisted. We considered resigning, but are tired of regularly hearing from the manager that these are "spur of the moment issues." Spur of the moment happens anywhere you go, but at this price you'd expect a bit more communication and accountability. The point being -- look around a bit more before sticking with Domain.
