First time staying here and it wasn't bad. I was trying to upgrade but the staff didn't seem interested in making that happen. I mean this is supposed to be top of the line resort in vegas. I get to my room and remote is broken. I called, waited and waited. Finally someone came up, but the bell desk came up. He tries the remote, and instantly says remote is broken. So now I'm up there with two broken remotes, mind you they put the snacks with the sensors where? Literally right infront of the TV buttons!
Great so if you touch them you get charged. So I call and now they say an engineer will come up. He comes up, clarifies yes remotes are broken. Leaves and brings back working remotes.
Jus would've been nicer if a 5 star hotel would've been more accommodating, I mean I'm trying to upgrade and there was no real effort to make that happen, remote, curtain was stuck.
