  • Piccolo Forno has some of the best Italian food in the city of Pittsburgh. My husband and I have frequented PF many times, and have introduced many of our friends to this fabulous restaurant as well. Every time that we have visited PF, be it for lunch or for dinner, we have had nothing short of outstanding service from the hostess to the servers. The restaurant owner has even been on site several times, and is always very friendly. Their appetizers and salads are big enough to share with another person. Their wood fired pizzas are delicious. If you're looking for just a pepperoni pizza though, these pizzas might not be for you. My favorite is the Speck & Marscarpone. Their pastas are delicious as well and are homemade. Piccolo Forno is a great BYOB place that everyone in the city of Pittsburgh should check out at least once!
