  • Can I give 10 Stars?! After reading reviews on this site we were apprehensive about going thru with our flooring purchase and came very close to cancelling. From start to finish we had a great experience. Our sales rep, Susan, was absolutely NOT high pressure. She measured thoroughly and asked all the right questions to guide our selection. The only stressful moment came when the installer informed us that our existing subfloor was not up to code for the type of install we were getting. The company handled it to our complete satisfaction. The installers were professional, courteous, thoroughly cleaned up and most importantly know their business! All in all this was probably the most satisftcontracting experience we have ever had and we will highly recommend Express Flooring!! Update 2 weeks after installation: Even more impressed now! We noticed a couple of bad planks and called customer service. IMMEDIATE response from Bret, no hassle no questions, just assurance it will be taken care of. Igor came today to replace the defective material and took care of a few gaps. We are so happy that we used Express Flooring, and that they have Igor and his crew! So progressional, knowledgable, and wast to work with!
