The staff is very friendly and usually on point with ensuring the quality/accuracy/timeliness of customers orders, but this morning I waited in line 20 minutes....for my MOBILE order that was placed well enough in advance to be ready for pickup as soon as I walk in. It was the same very tall, male barista that's usually seen wearing a more casual polo shirt than the rest of the team that was working the bar / making the drinks, and this would be the second time that I had to wait in line for an unreasonable amount of time while he is at the bar. Maybe he isn't fit to craft beverages and could perform better in a different area.
The sole purpose of mobile orders is to "jump the line" by "ordering ahead" - as advertised on posters throughout the establishment and on the app. After all, customers who are picking up coffee early in the morning are typically on their way to work and want to accelerate the process in any way possible.
