  • Complete nightmare scenario, horrible customer service, bait-And-Switch, masters of deception. I am absolutely appalled. Please stay away from this company. Please - whatever you do, don't think for one minute that you will have a good experience with this company. Please prove me wrong by showing me the good reviews. I only see bad reviews with the company. It's completely shocking that they are still on business and not under investigation. They run under 2 names - "Economy Rent A Car" and "Jet Car Rental", both of which use the same address: "3356 Elmbank Rd". Please have a look at the bbb.org pages and yelp.com pages for both businesses - see for yourself.
