rev:text	If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm a bartender and as you can imagine I rely on cabs tremendously to ensure my patrons make it home safe. I called discount cab this evening to come pick up a customer at my bar. I talked to a representative and gave her all the necessary information. She said ok they will be there in 5-30 minutes. 45 minutes later, my customer asks if I would call and check up on the cab. At first i am told they have no record of my call (yet even the initial recording said "I can see you've recently called!" then once they found my reservation they said oh yes you are in Surprise, with it being a slow night and you being in the outer city limits it tends to take quite awhile. Then she asks if I would still like a cab.. I asked if someone was at least on the way and she said "oh no, no one has picked up that call yet" ... So why was I told someone would be there in 5-30 minutes 45 minutes ago and no one was even on the way.... Get your act together guys.
