  • Something is wrong with this place. Yes, like others, I've had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change even when I had an appt and was 1st in line. THAT was nothing until my car needed real repair work done. They charge $179 to diagnose, but will apply that toward repair if you go ahead with their estimate. Fair enough. Only problem was their estimate was more than double any other "no name" repair shop In Vegas. I sent out 11 quote requests to other shops with 4-5 star ratings on Yelp. All estimates included OEM parts, labor, and programming as well. Do yourself a favor and get estimates elsewhere first unless money is no object. On top of that, I've yet to meet one friendly person who works here in all my dealings. Never a smile, laugh, or thank you from anyone ... not the service advisors, the cashier, or even the guy who brings the car around after it's been fixed. And, they do miss the wash half the time or try to discourage it by telling you it will be another 20 mins. Never going back & will be dumping my Toyota soon for another make, too.
