  • I called on a Friday to make an appointment for Monday to have a set of HIDs that I bought elsewhere installed on my 2006 FJR1300AE. When setting up the appointment, he asked what brand the lights were so he could prepare by reading the correct wiring diagram(s). That in itself was such a comfort to having them do the work for me! I arrived early for my appointment, and they immediately took it in and started working on it. Price quoted as 1.5 hours labor. My bike has many intricate connections and fairing bolts/screws & clips that made it more difficult than anticipated for the install. So happy I didn't try to do it myself! These guys refused to give up on it, every time I looked in on them, they were smiling and looked like there wasn't a care in the world! Seemingly a great experience for them as well as for me... After spending almost 3 hours for my install, I expected it would cost me much more than expected. To my surprise they stuck to the quote of 1.5 hours labor! I would take any bike to them for any reason! Fantastic customer care, and attention to detail! By the way, my HIDs work flawlessly, and I even still have flash-to-pass ability which is usually lost with an HID conversion. GREAT WORK!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!
