  • Have had my Road King in there twice. First time was to program a key. While in I asked them to check air in tires. They said they did and they were fine. After riding it home and they still didn't feel right I checked them. Both tires were 6 lbs low. Next problem was more serious. Had my bike in for some work on cam. When the called me to say it was done they asked me what kind of oil I used. I asked if they were changing oil and the said no just topping it off because they lost some while working on it. I later picked up the Nike and on the ride home it listed didn't sound right. The next day I rode it to work and still sounded a little funny. When I got home I checked the oil myself. It was over a quart low. I have less than 30 miles on it since picking it up. That could have ruined 5he engine and they obviously never added the lost oil back in. I will never us their service shop again.
