  • Horrible Horrible Customer Service . . . they short shipped us two 1.5 ounce items worth less than $12.00 and refused to make good on sending them or refunding not getting them. They respond without identifying themselves and/or their role with the company. A guy by the name of 'Tom' seems to be the point person and brains of their FRAUD UPON CUSTOMERS. THIS IS ONE COMPANY TO AVOID AT ALL EXPENSE. By the Way . . . look at all the other similar bad reviews . . . it's clearly not just me. Don't WALK from this Company . . . RUN and Never Look Back. You'll Pat Yourself on the Back for going to ANYONE ELSE but Car Beyond Store !!!
