  • Alright. This is an easy 5 stars for me. My doggo Russell is a nervous dude who is too interested in other dogs and does not like men..basically a difficult case to take to the vet. Well this place has been his vet the entire time we've lived in charlotte and I'm so happy I looked on yelp and found them. They are so accommodating to everyone's needs. They took time with Russ and really made sure he felt safe and ok with what was happening at his annual vet visit. His DR. Literally sat on the floor and fed him treats until he was adjusted and ready for blood work and examination. I am so so happy they understand that just because he's barky and hesitant doesn't mean he's a bad dog. He just needs a little extra care and they were more than happy to do that for him. I could not be happier with this place. As a person whose previous dog was a bit crazy and needed to muzzled to be taken out of the house I am over joyed when I find people that understand and can take care of those dogs that need more attention. The nervous, the fearful and slightly crazy dogs need good vets too and I am so thankful this organization is soo unbelievably flexible and accommodating.
