  • Horrible experience. Went in to get an oil change. When I returned to pick up my vehicle the office was chaotic. Multiple people were complaining that they hadn't been helped and were still waiting for their vehicles. The cashier ran out of receipt paper, they had to send someone to go pick up the paper from another store so I along with other customers weren't able to get receipts. They also had no change for people paying cash and had to give out incorrect change to customers. The cashier was literally pulling money out of her pocket and putting it in the register in order to attempt to give the correct change back.
