  • I would like to say with great sadness that after today I will never step foot into this practice again after 2 years of being a patient. The office staff acted completely incompetent, petty and unprofessional. "Sandy" the ignorant, uncivilized office manager enjoys bullying patients to the point of tears then going to the back to laugh about it with coworkers. I have new insurance info(all info necessary to confirm my insurance is accepted) but did not have the physical card with me (it hasn't come in the mail yet). Sandy made sure to let me know I am the worst person on the planet for not having my physical insurance card (the one I mentioned above that hasn't come in the mail yet). I had an appointment at 2:45pm, I had to be at work at 4pm. I left the office in tears and arrived to work at 4:30pm. I was let go from my job today because of my tardiness and the fact that I had no doctors note to offer. Not to mention I never got to see the doctor which I had been waiting all weekend for. Tom Waliser was my favorite physician of all time and now I will never get to see him again because I refuse to be bullied by his office staff. Shame on you Deborah Wilson for allowing this to go on in your practice and what's worse is you have done nothing to investigate the incident or attempt to make it right.
