| - When in Vegas, you buffet.
Apparently that's everyone's rule, especially at the Wynn because we waited well over an hour and a half to hit this up for dinner. On a Sunday night.
Yes, that probably makes us crazy. Especially when the bar in the casino only allowed me to take one drink ($22 vodka tonic) back to my boyfriend in line so we had to split it. No, I wasn't bitter.
Irregardless, when we got to the front of the line, the Wynn made it worth our while.
-The space itself is beautiful. It's bright as spring time with fanciful florals throughout and the colorful fabrics on the chairs and draperies.
-The variety of the food was impressive. Crab legs already cut for you, fresh sushi, Asian - sesame chicken, dumplings, and various dim sum, boiled shrimp, a large charcuterie and pasta appetizer bar, and the largest dessert bar I've seen.
-The service was the best I've seen at a casino buffet. EVER. Our waiter was attentive and ever present with a full beverage even though it was busy.
If the line wasn't so crazy long, this place is definitely worth a 4th star because for a buffet, the quality was easily a step or three above any other casino buffet I've ever been to.
