  • You can get a drink punch card here if you ask. If you buy 10 boba drinks, you can get 1 free. Ask for it! I like to get peach black tea with boba added to it. The total is $3.45 for a small and $4.45 for a large. These drinks seem to have extra sugar in it besides the sugar in the tapioca pearls and the sugar in the tea, so ask for less sugar. Whenever I go to this restaurant, there seems to be a lot of Mandarin-speaking people, and I wonder if they get special deals. I found out about the punch card from someone who is friends with the owner. It seems like most patrons know each other. I have visited a few times, and sometimes there is a variance on prices, so make sure you check the menu and add up everything in your head. I love getting Xiao Long Bao (Steamed Pork Dumplings - $3.95 - #114). These broth-filled dumplings are amazing - obviously, they are not as amazing as ones in Asia or Chinatown, but they suffice for my xiao long bao cravings. I also like Taiwan Food Express for their different kinds of greens, but I would hope they would have that many options being connected to an Asian supermarket and all. So overall, great experience from this informal diner, but not the best I have ever had in my life!
