  • We got a deal on Groupon and were able to get an extra % off for the ride. Glad we did this because overall, the experience was worth it. We stood in line to get our tickets and the staff was very friendly. They had signs that clearly stated those under 21 were not allowed to ride after a certain time but the people in front of us didn't read those clearly posted signs and seemed annoyed that they were turned away because their daughter was too young. When we got ready to ride, the staff really focused on trying to scare us. It actually got really annoying. I eventually got snappy with them and they tried to say it's because I was scared, but my friend and I got to see the photos they took - and I looked pissed. We laughed about it. Overall, the ride isn't bad. There's a lot that they could do to improve it - like having handles for BOTH hands or even a foot rest - or maybe just staff that doesn't get off on being obnoxious about trying to scare you. Either or would be a vast improvement to the experience.
