  • Stopped in very excited to check this place out today. We were the only people in. We got a Honey Lavender Latte and a Vanilla Latte. We had $8 cash that we wanted to use and put the rest on a card. The guy working couldn't figure out how to manage that. After about 2 minutes I advised him just to put it all on the card. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. We then sat down and began to enjoy the interior, a trendy coffee shop indeed. He then brought us our drinks in to go cups. We were looking forward to the latte coffee cup and the leaf design from the froth. Very disappointing and frankly makes us feel like we've been pushed out of the shop since we have to go cups. I asked him "these don't come in the coffee cup?" He advised that he didn't know we wanted those and that the large doesn't come in the coffee cup. These are things that should have been relayed to us when ordering. Coffee was good, but rather disappointed by the service. Should of been an easy sell and good experience but no dice.
