  • This complex is a dark hole but mostly because getting things fixed is SUCH a supreme hassle. During the time I have lived here I have been subjected to numerous absurd conditions that have lasted way too long. The worst part is definitely that idiotic office manager Chris who doesn't believe that any of your problems are real or want to actually fix anything. Shameful. I feel bad for the staff because some of them are really nice but the way things are run causes issues to become absolutely dire and out of hand. Tenants can only take so much of the management's apathy attitude. I really hope people stand up to him more he is very belittling. I agree with a LOT of what has been said in the negative reviews. Read them and look at the pictures too. The maintenance crew are clearly overburdeoned due to picking up the slack of the office. That said, the maintenance team do go out of their way to try help you. They are not the problem. I pray that Chris gets fired and that a new manager steps in who treats the maintenance staff much better.
