  • I missed my flight due to deluxe taxi. I called an hour and a half before my flight and the house I was staying at was less than 5 minutes away. The dispatcher was rude and condescending. The only good good part was the the driver. She was understanding and tried to help me out. My last resort was to spend 50.00 on a change of flight and I'm sitting here at the airport for the next 3 hours.
