  • I stopped by this new-ish location last Thursday enroute to Glendale Glitters because I was due to redeem a freebie coupon that I got from Yelp's Fad Frenzy swag bag before it expired ;) The coupon stated 2 free meals, 2 bags of chips, and 2 fountain drinks (2nd meal/chips/drink is for a friend with you). How nice, right :) I ordered a bowl meal to dine in and the same version burrito meal to-go (for a friend who was not with me). A polite young gal served me a heaping bowl of chicken strips (I am borderline veggie so I only wanted less meat and she complied), rice, salad, guacamole, cheese, and ranch dressing and served the same for the burrito meal. I ordered Minute Maid lemonade for myself (and friend). Yes, she did wear gloves during serving. After I ate some in the bowl, I requested a doggie bag cover for the bowl and 2 bags with a handle to take the 2 meals/chips/drinks home. The staff happily accompanied me and actually liked that I used the coupon ;) The ambiance, room temperature, and service were all satisfactory. The meal was cooked hot and tasty. The only thing I'd suggest for Chipotle overall is to label the food on some type of placard as sometimes they may serve something that's not familiar but that we'd like to try. Something to that effect as a thought... I may be back if I get another coupon ;) Oh, BTW, I remember years ago when Chipotle offered a free burrito with a freebie printed on their flat burrito brown bag that was inserted inside the Sunday papers and you'd take it as-is in to redeem. Good thing I spotted it; I went to the east Camelback location and when I handed the bag to a young guy, he smiled like it was a cool idea and presentation Hey, how about I make this as another suggestion- offer more freebies in this fashion ;)
