  • They held my car hostage and gave me no option to get a second opinion. I overpaid and they were as shady as car repair guys can be. The arrogant manager David said that he didn't report to anyone so I couldn't escalate my complaint to anyone. Therefore I am out $3,400 and have no idea whether I really needed all of the repairs but had to pay it to get the car back.
