  • Front desk people need more training in dealing with drop-offs. The ladies there seem do not seem to have E good amount of training to be receiving drop offs. I want to suggest that they be relocated to do back office instead and not be receiving clients in the front. It is very frustrating having to deal with people who don't seem to understand much about the position they are put in.
