Instructors are all really nice and fun. The 3.00 skate rental is bullcrap though. Even if you pay for lessons be prepared to plop this down every time you come or buy expensive skates for a kid who will outgrow them ever 3 months. There is a bar upstairs with GLBC beers and the lady is super cool and fun to chat with. There is no set hours for the bar though which sucks. One day it can be packed and no bartender or another day there can be 10 people in the whole place and its open. Also, watch out in the parking lot. The suburban moms in Land Rovers, talking on the phone and driving don't give a damn about your walking through the parking lot. Being late for a teeth whitening session can make 'em a lil crabby...
