  • The hotel is neat and clean. What really stands out is the customer service. They were very helpful and understanding when our car broke down and had to stay an extra night. They gave us a preferred rate and breakfast vouchers! Its probably a mid-west thing but we found everyone working at this hotel to be genuinely friendly and helpful.
