  • DO NOT USE RELIABLE! I feel we were ripped off by having them come to fix a leaky kitchen faucet and sink sprayer. The serviceman was reasonably on time and took about 15 minutes to tell us he did not have the parts on his truck to do the fix and would have to go to the plumbing supply place to get them. He returned 45 minutes later and spent about 10-15 MINUTES to replace a washer in our Delta faucet. He told us they did not have a sprayer head at the plumbing supply and that we would have to replace that ourselves from a local hardware store (which we did later). He left us a bill without his name or a charge on the bill, and said we would receive the actual bill in the mail. Several days later we received a bill for $218.00 to do a 25 minute job to replace a washer in a Delta faucet. I phoned the service mgr/co-owner who acted like it was perfectly reasonable to pay $218 to replace a washer. And, why wouldn't a plumbing supply place have a sprayer head when Lowe's, Menard's, whomever has them?
