So I thought I'd give this place a try...saw a car online, provided some info and received a call from a salesperson who advised I should come by to discuss my options...I did just that except he did not remember speaking with me at first which made me feel "valued" (not). Right off, I could tell he was new and I KNEW I should have just left then but was willing to see how things would go. Now I can say that what I was asking may have been a long shot, but not impossible and certainly someone with more experience, time and patience would have worked to put me in the car I wanted. I got the feeling I didn't get that dedication and although I was offered a different vehicle, it wasn't what I wanted. My time was wasted and today I went where I SHOULD have gone initially and got exactly what I wanted. I'm happy. I would not refer anyone to East Charlotte Nissan. They are all about that mighty dollar and if you don't have plenty to stuff in their pockets you are not worth their time...jmo.
