  • DO NOT SEE SALESMAN "PAUL" we ordered furniture which he was responsible to follow up when was in and to be delivered so after 4 weeks of making a daily status check calls and getting the same response "not in " and no ETA I decided to go back in in person. When I did there it was, all in and not a mention of this. When I asked PAUL about this he shrugged and said it wasn't in his control. Really? Talked to the manager and he verified it is the salesperson responsibility to follow up w each order til delivered. Never returning here again!
