  • Highly recommended! Really empathetic and genuine toward customers. Incredible fast and reliable service! I threw my phone from an inappropriate distance and it died. No shattered screens but when I shook it there were rattling noises. Due to rave reviews I tried their store. I was a walk in customer with a phone I didn't know what was wrong with and they said they will troubleshoot, repair and reassemble everything within 45 minutes for $75! I had a back up phone that only needed a new battery if the first phone could not be fixed and they said they would only charge me for the battery replacement ($60) if that were the case. Ultimately, my phone just needed a new screen and it works beautifully. He even threw in a screen protector (and put it on for me) at no added charge! Will definitely return with anymore electronic troubles I may come across.
