  • I hired Ty and his crew shortly after we moved here. We had a terrible experience with our first company so we moved on and tried out Tri-City Pool service. Ty Was quick to come out and give us an estimate, and the price was a little steep but Ty seemed like he knew what he was doing and seemed to care about his profession. Ty serviced our pool for the first 2 weeks and then handed the keys over to one of his employees. It has been nothing but dishonesty and poor customer care. I would assume taking care of a 28,000 gallon pool would require more two minutes of care, and then a picture to prove they were there. The company lies about the services they perform each week and are a complete waste of money. I have now witnessed this company show up, take a picture and leave for two weeks in a row. They claim to check the PH and chlorine levels, net the debris, backwash the pool, and brush the walls and stairs and it has not been done in over 7 weeks. I will be taking my business elsewhere and hope I am the only one that wastes their money using this company.
