  • Went on a Tuesday around 1pm. It's was a 20 minute wait time. Host staff seemed nice but didn't seem to know what was going on between the three of them! After we were seated 10 minutes later our waitress came over just to tell us she would be with us in a moment. We did not see her again for about 5 minutes. She asked what we wanted we just ordered two waters and waited another 10 minutes just to get water. Now 20 minutes after being there we finally get something to drink and are able to order . My husband ordered the 2 hot dogs and I ordered the Jenny Chicken sandwich. We did not get our food for 35 minutes. We had to ask for silverware and our waitress never asked if we needed refills for our drinks we had to ask her for refills and took her over 5 minutes to get us refills. As we were eating we watched our waitress drop food on the floor clearing a table and clean it up with her hands. I watched her and she never washed her hands she went and picked up a food order. I will say the food was amazing but the wait staff will take this place under. As much as I liked the food I probably won't be back due to the wait staff . All in all we waited over an hour to get food and drinks. Our waitress name was Margaret and was very overwhelmed.
