  • Terrible company. We live in a rental house and had a leak in our bathroom. The property management company quickly called out this company to come fix the problem. They arrived quickly, set up the fans to dry it out for a couple days. They did not return to finish the job until two weeks later which was really inconvenient and annoying. Next (this is the important part) they somehow got the billing confused thinking I called them out and initially sent one bill in the mail addressed to me. When I told them it was through a property management company, they resent the bills again this time sending two bills doubling the price. I was not going to publicly post anything negative about this experience but it has been six months since this issue occurred and they just showed up at my doorstep seriously trying to bill us. I thought this issue was resolved as I am not the responsible billing party, the property management company is. I would never use this company, or recommend them to any homeowner.
