  • My experience with my salesperson Josh was amazing he was full of personality and knowledge of the vehicles! I was not initially looking for a new vehicle but after discussing it I realized the benefits to buying new. That's when things went bad everyone else that I dealt with after him was horrible they made promises they try to not fulfill. They made the already long process even longer. It was really a nightmare. I still purchased the vehicle because after hours of being with them and all the back and forth even requesting to meet with the finance manager Debra who was actually quite helpful I didn't want to just walk away. If I had it to do over I would not give my business to them.
