  • Don't ever try to return anything to this store. They sold me a used jazz piano book for the full $30 price. When I tried to exchange the book I was accused of lending it to a friend who put markings in the book and then trying to take it back. Totally absurd. I felt like a criminal and people shopping in the store stood and stared at me. I have never had such a humiliating experience while trying to just exchange an item that they admitted was their fault. I have shopped at this store since they opened several years ago but I will never return. I know there are other stores who probably have even more variety than this store has and would welcome my patronage. Shame on The Music Store for treating a regular customer in this manner.
