  • I was prepared to be wowed and was greatly let down. The casino is great, restaurants are fab, but the hotel itself is meh at best. First, we waited in line for check-in for 40 minutes. There were only 4 people ahead of us so it took 10 minutes to check each person. That's unacceptable. Second, the room had a gorgeous view but we noticed scuffs and minor damage to almost every piece of furniture in the room. It just has an overall air of rough use, not the luxury I was led to expect. The Wynn's rooms are much more splendid.
