  • My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Spring Valley Family Care. We called in the morning and were able to get an appointment that same day. When we arrived for our appointment Renee at the reception desk was extremely informative and helpful. She walked us through each piece of paperwork, answering all of our questions, and took the time to listen to our concerns. Once we had finished filling out the paperwork it took about five minutes for a nurse to take us back into an exam room. The nurse was friendly and concise while checking my husbands vitals. After the nurse left, we waited a few short minutes and then the doctor was able to see my husband. The doctor carried conversation throughout the entire physical, and then explained what steps we needed to take following the appointment. Due to the nature off our appointment, we had to return three days later and pick up paperwork. The second visit was just as informative and seamless as the first In short, the staff at Spring Valley Family Care, especially Renee, are amazing! They are very experienced and informative, and even with a busy schedule they treat every patient like family.
