  • I was contacted by ACE for a tuneup, but we scheduled an inspection for a new gas pack. The Tech called to confirm and he told me that he wold give me the best price when he got here. The Tech came over , looked at the unit, than asked if he could see my quotes from the other companies, that why he was here to give me a quote,..very unprofessional I said no...than it was a dead issue, he did not want to provide me a quote as to what he was originally scheduled to do. I called the office, they listened to what I said and hopefully they correct this. But don't show other companies quotes, get one first from the company....than you can show if you need to. Maybe they do it this way, but not today!
