  • I had them do an Energy Audit at my daughter's house. They were prompt and courteous. They checked the front door for leaks and also the pressure from the air vents; even checked the HVAC, insulation in the attic and leaks in the ducts. They found the pressure coming from the vents and front door were okay , except the ducts from the HVAC were not duct taped. The auditor showed me pictures and also recommended that I should have: Seal duct around the air handler Insulation be increased to R38 Insulate the scuttle lid Install shade screens on the windows. All the work was completed in one day except for the shade screens that came a week later. We'll see what her electric bill is like in the next several months.
