  • This office is awful. Just as many of the other reviewers have said, Dr Adams is nice but I'm not sure it's worth it to deal with this office. They don't call for appointment confirmation, you have to come in for every little thing and don't expect ANYthing to be taken care of over the phone (that is IF you can actually talk to someone.) I've been dealing with them for 2 months trying to get a medication refilled. They are not willing to work with you what-so-ever! The front desk girls are nice but the nurses are rude when you get to interact with them/her. All the comments about wait times are no joke. Plan to be here for half your day regardless of what time you arrive-appointment or not. It is extremely rare for me to write a review about any business but this should be known. Being in the medical field myself, I've never experienced ANYthing this bad. It's not worth a nice Doctor that sees you for 5 minutes.
